How to activate your subscription in 3 steps
Follow these simple steps to activate your subscription and securely update your card details. (For security reasons, we can’t transfer your card details to the new system.)
Step 1:
Enter email & search for your subscription
Enter the email address linked to your subscription, then click Search.
Step 2:
Update your payment method
Click Edit next to Payment method to update your details. Once saved, a confirmation box will appear — click OK and you’re all set.
A small R1 transaction will be processed and refunded to verify your details.
Step 3:
Review your subscription
Log in via My Account (top-right corner) to check and update your subscription details if needed.
